PSSA welcomes our first Speaker this year: Mike Hakala of Avalon Rafts. Mike will talk about Safety at Sea issues, answer questions, and will do a live demo of Life Raft Deployment!

Mike Hakala of Avalon Rafts will talk about liferafts, other safety devices, and perform a live demonstration of raft deployment. This is essentially the hands-on part of the U.S. Sailing Safety at Sea seminars (Mike is a regular trainer/presenter for these).
